Austin Moto Adventures Founders Club Membership Agreement
- Purpose: The Austin Moto Adventures Founders Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Club”) is a group of motorcycle enthusiasts who enjoy riding together and exploring various routes. The Club is not a commercial tour operator and does not provide guided tours. All rides are self-guided, and members are free to choose their own routes.
- Membership: Membership in the Club is open to individuals who share a passion for motorcycling and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.
- Self-Guided Rides: All Club rides are considered self-guided. This means that each member is responsible for their own navigation, route selection, and safety. While experienced Club members may suggest or lead rides, these are not considered guided tours. Members are free to join or leave any group ride at any time and ride any route they choose, independent of any group.
- Group Riding: From time to time, Club members may choose to ride together as a group for portions of rides or entire rides. Even when riding as a group, each member remains responsible for their own navigation, safety, and decisions. The fact that a Club member suggests or leads a route does not constitute a guided tour. The Club, its leaders, and other members assume no responsibility for the routes chosen by individual members or the group as a whole.
- Rocky Mountain Expedition: The Austin Moto Adventures Founders Club Rocky Mountain Expedition is a group ride throughout multiple states along the Continental Divide. Under no circumstances is the Rocky Mountain Expedition to be considered a guided tour. All participants are responsible for their own navigation, route selection, and safety.
- Rocky Mountain Expedition Fees: Fees paid to the Club for the Rocky Mountain Expedition Ride cover the costs of lodging and food services only. These fees do not include any guiding services. The Club does not provide guiding services on the Rocky Mountain Expedition Ride or any other ride.
- Assumption of Risk: Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity. By participating in Club rides, members acknowledge and assume all risks associated with motorcycling, including but not limited to:
- Accidents and collisions
- Road hazards
- Weather conditions
- Mechanical failures
- Personal injury or death
- Release of Liability: Members agree to release and hold harmless the Club, its leaders, and other members from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in Club activities, including but not limited to Club rides.
- Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its leaders, and other members from any and all claims, demands, or lawsuits arising from their participation in Club activities.
- Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner while participating in Club activities. This includes obeying all traffic laws and respecting the rights of other riders and the public.
- Termination: The Club reserves the right to terminate membership for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or conduct that is deemed detrimental to the Club.

An amazing 8 to 10 day multi-state expedition July 11-21, 2025
Our dates have firmed up. We’ll be departing the Albuquerque, NM area on July 11, 2025. Our 8 day adventure will end just south of Glacier National Park in Augusta MT. If you need to depart on day 8, Butte will be the nearest airport. If you continue to ride with us through GNP we’ll have two additional days of riding that will end back in Butte. At this time we’re expecting to stay in a hotel each night. As we refine our lodging options we may discover the need to camp on occasions. So, bring your camping gear. Our support vehicle will carry all items, but you should be prepared to carry camping equipment when/if needed.
This is NOT your normal, average Continental Divide Ride. These are NOT tracks you will find on another website, in a forum, or run by another adventure motorcycle company. This is a completely unique, one-of-a-kind experience. Be prepared…you’ll be challenged, you’ll be exhausted on some days, you may get frustrated at times…BUT, you’ll be rewarded with a truly magnificent experience that you’ll regale for the rest of your life. This will be an 8-10 day ride, depending on the group.

Day 1: Arrival and Orientation Your adventure begins with arrival at our base camp near Albuquerque, where you’ll meet your fellow riders and expert guides. After a thorough orientation, safety briefing, and bike inspection, you’ll enjoy a welcome dinner, setting the stage for an unforgettable week ahead. Day 2-3: High Country Challenges The first leg of the journey takes you deep into the Rockies, navigating technical single-track trails, steep inclines, and rocky switchbacks. You’ll ride through dense pine forests, cross crystal-clear streams, and ascend to stunning alpine vistas. Our expert guides/instructors will provide coaching and support, ensuring you develop confidence and skill in handling the demanding terrain. Day 4: Scenic Ridges and Remote Wilderness This day brings a mix of fast-flowing gravel roads and rugged, high-altitude passes. Expect stunning panoramic views as we traverse some of the most picturesque ridgelines in the region. The sense of remoteness is profound, with only the sound of your engine and the whisper of the wind accompanying you through the wild. Day 5: Technical Mastery and Skill Refinement Midway through the expedition, we dedicate time to refining technical skills on challenging obstacles. Riders will face rocky climbs, loose terrain, and deep water crossings—all under the guidance of experienced coaches. This immersive ride ensures that by the second half of the tour, you’re riding with greater confidence and control. Day 6: High Passes and Epic Descents One of the most exhilarating days of the journey, this route features towering mountain passes with jaw-dropping elevation changes. Steep descents and dramatic switchbacks test your skills, while the changing landscapes—from alpine meadows to deep canyons—make every mile unforgettable. Day 7: Remote Backcountry and Final Challenge As the expedition nears its end, you’ll ride through remote valleys and rugged high-country trails, encountering wildlife and pristine wilderness. Day 8: Return and Celebration The final day is a reflective ride back to base, taking in the last sweeping views of the Rockies.
