Keyah Grande is a 5,000-acre private ranch tucked into the San Juan Mountains outside Pagosa Springs. It is not a hotel. It is not a resort. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t advertise — because it doesn’t need to. Our partnership with the ranch is what gets you through the gate.
Two guided ride days threading through high alpine terrain, aspen groves, and river crossings that most riders will never see from the saddle. Chef-prepared meals you didn’t plan and won’t forget. A shuttle to the trailhead and a fire waiting when you roll back in.

WHEN YOUR’RE NOT IN THE SADDLE
Spa Massages, facials, and body treatments — on-property. Book one for yourself after a hard day on the bike, or bring a plus-one who’d rather have a spa week than a boot camp. Everyone wins.
Fly Fishing The ranch’s private waters. Guided if you want it.
Horses & Sporting Clays Horseback riding across 5,000 acres. A full sporting clays station and rifle range.

SOLO · $4,995 / rider: Private suite, full seven-day program. Your own room, your own week.
PAIR-SHARE · $3,995 / rider: Shared suite, two riders, $7,990 combined. Bring a brother or sister, a buddy, a son or daughter — whoever you ride with.
COUPLE · $6,990 / couple: A rider and a plus-one. The rider takes the mountains; the plus-one takes the spa, horses, and wine cellar. Everyone wins.
RIDE-ONLY · $1,000 / rider: Two guided ride days, no lodging. For those who bring their own accommodations.
Bring your own or ride one of ours
You are welcome to bring your own bike to training, but you also might like to rent one of ours.

The Harley-Davidson Pan America Special has a seat height that can range from 31.7 inches to 34.7 inches.
BMW R1250 GS
The BMW R 1250 GS has a standard seat height of 35.0 / 35.8 inches. The seat can be lowered to 31.1 / 31.9 inches with a low-seat accessory.
Aprilia Tuareg 660
The Aprilia Tuareg 660 has a standard seat height of 34 inches. This is a great alternative to the larger displacement, heavier ADV bikes.
Zero DSR/X
The Zero Adventure experience revolves around the most advanced, fully electric motorcycle operating system. It has a seat height of 32.6 inches. It is clutchless and fully automatic.
