SMS Terms of Service

1. Austin Moto Adventures SMS Program

The Austin Moto Adventures SMS program ("AMA SMS" or the "Program") sends recurring text messages to riders, students, guests, and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include training class openings and reminders, tour and expedition announcements, event updates (including the TouraTexas Rally), promotional offers and discounts, new program launches, schedule changes, weather advisories that affect a confirmed booking, and other news related to your relationship with Austin Moto Adventures.

2. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message Frequency and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to [X] messages per month, with frequency varying based on your activity, bookings, and the season. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide to enroll in AMA SMS. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you consent to receive autodialed and pre-recorded marketing text messages from Austin Moto Adventures at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

8. Transactional Messages

Even after you opt out of marketing SMS by texting STOP, we may still send you transactional messages necessary to deliver the services you have purchased — for example, booking confirmations, trip logistics, schedule changes, safety alerts, and day-of-tour communications. These are not part of the AMA SMS marketing program.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by text or email before they take effect.
